Package 1: The Core

(Second Semester Freshman or Sophomores)

 

  • Initial 30 minute video call with student to do initial assessment, review guidelines and select dates/times
  • 6 one-hour 1:1 video coaching sessions focused on 
  • Importance of grades in Internship acceptance, Work Etiquette, Networking, Summer Job targeting/Internships prep, Communication and Job Search skills, Organizing your time/calendar, utilizing school resources to benefit you!
  • Building your resume and LinkedIn review
  • Social Media Audit and “Conscious-Posting” Approach, google self
  • Unlimited email, texts or calls to support job search, efforts during the course of the package
  • Additional sessions available as needed
  • Social Media Audit



Package 2:  The Upperclassman

(Juniors, Seniors and Masters Students)



  • Initial 30 minute video call with student to do initial assessment, review guidelines and select dates/times
  • 8 one-hour 1:1 video coaching sessions focused on Networking, Interview Prep and Etiquette, Communication and Job Search skills
  • 1 Mock interview and feedback session
  • Resume review and LinkedIn review
  • Social Media Audit and “Conscious-Posting” Approach
  • Unlimited email, texts or calls to support job search, interviewing or job offer efforts during the course of the package
  • Additional sessions available as needed
  • Social Media Audit

Package Three: Ready to Launch

(Graduates: first job or job change)


 

  • Initial 30 minute video call with graduate to do initial assessment, review guidelines and select dates/times
  • 8 one-hour 1:1 video coaching sessions focused on Blockers, Challenges, Advanced Networking, Using LinkedIn effectively, Determining your “ask”, Communication and Job Search strategies, Organizing your search strategy and time management 
  • 1 mock interview and feedback session
  • Resume review and LinkedIn feedback
  • Social Media Audit and “Conscious-Posting” Approach
  • Unlimited email, texts or calls to support job search, efforts during the course of the package
  • Additional sessions available as needed
  • Social Media Audit

Package Four: Duets

Pairs (Jr, SR or Masters) must come together through the client.


  

  • Initial 30 minute video call with students to do initial overview, review guidelines and select dates/times
  • 8 one-hour 1:2  video coaching sessions focused on Advanced Networking, Interview Prep and Etiquette, Communication and Job Search strategies, Organizing your search strategy and time management 
  • Resume review and LinkedIn feedback
  • Social Media Audit and “Conscious-Posting” Approach
  • Unlimited email, texts or calls to support job search, efforts during the course of the package
  • Additional individual sessions available as needed
  • Social Media Audit
